What you are going through is normal. I recently read that the stages of development are pretty  much the same for everyone (except in extremely underdeveloped countries.) According to the study the 40's are the most difficult time and that is when the search usually begins! Doesn't it feel good to know 1. you are normal and 2. you are not alone? Let Me Introduce Myself
My name is Marlene Chism and for the last ten years (because of my own journey of reinvention) leaving a blue-collar job of 21 years to reinvent at mid-life,  I have been consumed with learning everything I could about personal growth, how the brain works, the connection between mind, body and spirit and why it is so difficult to break through old patterns of behavior.
